摘要水解聚马来酸酐(HPMA)是一种原料易得、价格低廉的水处理剂,其性能优异,用途广泛。自上世纪70年代问世至今,因其具有抑制水垢生成和清除老垢的特性而受到人们的青睐并得到广泛应用。本论文采用以马来酸酐或马来酸为主要单体,采用常压聚合法制备水处理剂或水稳定剂。该过程完全采用水溶性引发剂、催化剂和其它水溶性成分,与传统的使用有机溶剂(如苯、甲苯、二甲苯等)和有机引发剂(如偶氮异丁氰、过氧化苯甲酰等)的合成方法相比,无安全隐患、无污染,符合环保要求;所用的引发剂和催化剂易得,且用量少,价格低;聚合工艺简单,操作方便,便于掌握和推广;产品的生产周期短,能耗小,便于工业化生产。合成出的水解聚马来酸酐水处理剂性能稳定、可控,阻垢效果好,产品技术指标超过了一等品或达到优等品的国家标准。6980

Title Study on the synthesis of Hydrolyzed Polymaleic Anhydride
Abstract Hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride (HPMA) is a water treatment agent which is cheap. Its raw materials is easy to get, it's widely used and its performance is excellent. Since 1970s, hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride has been widely used. People are interested in it because it can stop the scale's Generation and removal the old scale. This paper adopts the maleic anhydride and maleic acid as main monomers, using atmospheric pressure polymerization preparation of water treatment agent or water stabilizer. The process uses water-soluble initiator, catalyst and other water soluble composition, for use with conventional organic solvents (such as benzene, toluene, xylene and other organic) and initiator (such as azo isobutyl cyanide, benzoyl peroxide, etc.) the synthesis methods, no security, no pollution, comply with environmental requirements; use the initiator and catalyst is easy, and less consumption, low price; polymerization process is simple, convenient operation, easy to master and promotion; products, short production cycle, low energy consumption; and is convenient for industrialized production. Synthesis of hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride water treatment agent has stable performance, controllable, scale effect is good, product technical indicators over the first or reach the national standard for excellence.
