摘要:本文先对于ZPT做了一个较为全面简洁的介绍,包括ZPT的去屑作用机制和毒性研究,去屑机制分为抑菌作用,对头屑细胞的抗代谢作用还有皮肤的驻留机制,毒性研究分为急性毒性,水生生物胚胎毒性和基因毒性。本文主要是对ZPT现有的一个检测方法,包括电化学滴定法和高效液相色谱法等进行了一个相同条件下,相同的样品,改变溶剂与试验方法,进行一个交互测试,用简单的相同条件的排除法,来进行对于各个方法的优劣的总体分析、深入探讨,并且在论文的最后,对于得出的实验结果,进行了分析,得出了hplc高效液相色谱法的精准度最高,电位滴定法的稳定性强,误差并不大的结论之后,结合实际情况,经济效益来总结思路,进行具体的优化与改进。47146

Shampoo ZPT(zinc pyrithione)method for the determination of the content of the study
Abstract:Firstly for ZPT do a more comprehensive and concise introduction, including ZPT anti dandruff effect mechanism and toxicity studies, the mechanism of anti dandruff points for bacteriostasis, to dandruff cell anti metabolic role and skin retention mechanism and toxicity of sub acute toxicity, aquatic biology embryo toxicity and genetic toxicity of. After the conclusion of the stability of the overall analysis of the pros and cons of ZPT in this paper is to present a detection methods, including electrochemical titration method and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the same conditions, the same samples, changing the solvent and test method, a interactive test with simple same condition exclusion to, for each method, in-depth study, and in the end, drawing conclusions about the experimental results of the analysis, it is concluded that the HPLC high performance liquid chromatographic method precision is the highest, potentiometric titration method, error and small, combined with the actual situation, the economic benefits to summarize ideas, specific optimization and improvement.
