The water of graphene composite adsorption isotherms were studied, fitting model using the Langmuir and Freundlich equations, by the correlation coefficient (R2) of data fitting shows that Langmuir model than the Freundlich model fitted better R2: 0.97325>0.92704. The maximum adsorption capacity Qm caculated by the Langmuir model was 363.28 mg/g. By the D-R equation,the adsorption average free average Ea values was less than 8 kJ/mol.It shows that graphene composite of ciprofloxacin main adsorption process is physical adsorption.

In a word, graphene composites adsorption process of ciprofloxacin is a by fast to slow the process of physical adsorption, adsorption capacity of ciprofloxacin graphene composite decreases with the adsorbent mass increase, the ionic strength experiments show that ion concentration on the adsorption effect is also affected (performance concentration within a certain range to promote the adsorption), pH on the adsorption effect of is within the scope of certain adsorption effect increased with the pH value, more than the critical value to inhibit the adsorption, the reason may is ion electrostatic interactions.
