摘要:本文以硝酸铜、硝酸铈、乙二胺四乙酸以及聚乙二醇为原料,采用EDTA络合法、掺入PEG的EDTA络合法以及PEG隔离法制备出了CuO-CeO2催化剂。并对所制备的催化剂进行了CO催化氧化活性评价,同时通过H2-TPR技术对所制备的催化剂进行了还原特性的表征。实验结果表明,在不同焙烧温度下制备出来的催化剂活性,我们发现三种催化剂中用EDTA络合法制备的催化剂活性最好,PEG隔离法制备的催化剂活性最差。其中在500°C焙烧温度下PEG隔离法催化剂活性最好,掺入PEG的EDTA络合法催化剂最差。650°C焙烧温度下EDTA络合法制备的催化剂活性最好,PEG隔离法制备的催化剂活性最差。800°C焙烧温度下催化活性情况和650°C焙烧温度下一样。研究发现,高分散小颗粒的CuO物种有利于催化活性的提高,大颗粒的CuO阻碍催化活性的提高。48998

Comparative study of CuO-CeO2 catalyst and CO oxidation activity by EDTA complex method
Abstract: This paper with cupric nitrate, cerous nitrate and ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid and polyethylene glycol (PEG) as raw material, using EDTA complexing, the incorporation of PEG EDTA complex legal and PEG isolation method was CuO-CeO2 catalyst. The catalytic oxidation activity of CO was evaluated, and the catalyst was characterized by H2-TPR technology. Experimental results show that under different calcination temperature preparation of the catalyst activity, we found three kinds of catalysts with EDTA complexing method of preparation of catalyst has the best activity,, the catalysts prepared by PEG isolation is the worst. Among them, the catalyst activity was the best in the PEG isolation method at 500 degrees C calcination temperature, and the EDTA complex catalyst with PEG was the worst. The catalyst prepared by EDTA complexing method was the best in the 650 degree C calcination temperature, and the catalyst activity was the worst in the PEG isolation method. The catalytic activity of 800 degree C calcination temperature was the same as the 650 degree C calcination temperature. It is found that the CuO species with high dispersion of small particles is beneficial to the improvement of the catalytic activity, and the CuO of large particles hinders the improvement of the catalytic activity.
