摘要设计项目:4万吨/年苯甲酸催化加氢制苯甲醛工艺设计苯甲醛是一中很重要的化学中间体,但传统的苯甲醛生产方法对环境污染非常严重,所以清洁生产苯甲醛成为现下研究的热点。
在本设计中由苯甲酸还原反应得到苯甲醛。以苯甲酸为原料,在氢气的作用下制备苯甲醛。该工艺生产简单,不污染环境,自制ZnO催化剂性能优良,具有环保与经济双重价值。本论文设计对整个反应进行了物料恒算,热量恒算,设备选型及计算。最后绘制了生产工艺流程图,物料流程图,车间平面布置图,车间立面布置图。7599
1 任务的来源本设计是针对苯甲醛进行设计,以专业基础课的学习为基础,设计合理的工艺流程,选择相应的工艺设备等。其目的是提高解决化工产品生产车间设计实际问题的能力;掌握化工工艺流程设计、物料恒算、热量衡算、设备选型等的基本方法和步骤;从技术上的可行性与合理性两个方面树立正确的设计思想。通过本课程设计,也提高了运用计算机设计绘图的能力。

(7)管壳式换热器标准(GB151)
(8)工艺系统设备布置设计规定(HG20570)
(9)化工装置管道布置设计规定(HG/T20549)
3 设计原则及主要设计指标
原则:
(1)安全可靠:本设计中有很多化工物质是易燃、易爆或者有毒性的。因此,设计必须充分考虑各种明显的和潜在的危险,严格执行国家和当地的卫生、安全等法规,保证对环境污染小以及生产人员的身体健康。
(2)操作简单:坚持科学态度来确定各个生产过程及设备并合理确定操作条件,争取达到反应条件温和,对设备要求低,工人操作方便的结果。
(3)经济合理:有效地合理降低设备成本、原料成本、人力成本和其他各方面投资。
(4)便于安装:工厂布置应满足施工和安装作业要求,着重考虑大型设备的安装,厂内道路的路面结构和载荷标准等应满足施工安装的要求。
(5)计算基准:
年生产40000吨
年工作日为300天,45天进行机器检修,15天机动。

The benzaldehyde is an important kind of chemical raw material, but the traditional technology for benzaldehyde production pollutes environment seriously. So the cleaner process and technology for benzaldehyde production
In this design,the reduction reaction, benzoic acid reduce to benzaldehyde. Using benzoic acid as raw material, benzaldehyde was prepared in the presence of H2. This process is charaterized by simplicity, mild reaction conditions, self-made ZnO catalyst with excellent performance, and good economical and envirommental benefits. The following process is materials counting, heat counting,device lectotype and calculation. At last,the flow of production technics is protract including main equipments diagram, materials diagram, a flat disposal picture of the workshop, the solid disposal picture of the workshop.
1 The source task
This design aimed at benzaldehyde requiring us to design a reasonable process and choose the corresponding process equipments based on the study of professional basic course. Its purpose is to improve the ability of solving practical problem of the chemical products production workshop design ability and master the basic methods and procedures through chemical process design, material constant calculate, heat balance calculation,equipment selection and calculation .
