摘要：本课题采用分子包络法，以环糊精为壁材，桂花香精为芯材制备皮革用香精微胶囊，同时采取肉眼观察，显微镜观测，稳定性测试及感官评价法，考察了乳化剂和环糊精的种类，及不同乳化剂和环糊精用量下对样品状态、分子粒径大小、分散情况、稳定性和加香效果的影响。根据实验结果得，采用乳化剂、环糊精、阿拉伯胶等原料并调整至一定配比下可以制备得到轮廓清晰，大小均一，分布均匀，稳定性最好的水包油微胶囊体系，另外通过加入增稠剂、聚乙二醇等试剂可有效增强加香布上的香气强度和留香效果。 52705

Preparation of Nanocapsule Containing Fragrance in Leather

Abstract:  This topic using molecular envelope method, using cyclodextrin as wall material, osmanthus fragrance as the core material of preparing leather essence microcapsule. At the same time, take the observation with the naked eye and microscope observation, stability test and sensory evaluation method. The effects of the kinds of emulsifier and cyclodextrin, and of different emulsifiers and cyclodextrin dosage under the sample state, molecular particle size, dispersion, stability and flavoring effect. According to the experimental results, the emulsifier, ring dextrin, gum arabic and other raw materials and adjust to a certain proportion can preparation to obtain a clear outline, uniform size, uniform distribution, best stability of oil in water emulsion microcapsule system. On the other hand, through adding thickening agent, polyethylene glycol (PEG) reagent can effectively enhance the cloth perfuming the aroma intensity and long-lasting effects.
