摘要本文考察了有序介孔硅负载纳米零价铁(NZVI)复合材料对水中微量2,4,6-三硝基甲苯(TNT)污染物的协同去除性能。以短孔道有序介孔材料(ZCS)作为载体,采用双溶剂-焙烧-氢气还原法合成出一种集吸附和还原于一体的ZCS负载NZVI复合材料(NZVI/ZCS)。采用氮吸附、XRD、TEM、SEM对复合材料进行表征,分析纳米零价铁在介孔材料的负载状态。讨论了不同反应条件对TNT还原效率的影响,并确定还原的最佳条件。结果表明,零价铁在介孔材料基体上具有较好的分散度,大都限域于介孔孔道内。在TNT溶液初始浓度为20ppm反应4h的条件下,去除率为94.7%。复合材料对TNT具有良好还原性能,高效液相色谱测试结果证实了中间产物的存在。7955

Title Synergic Remove of Annular Nitro Pollutants by Nanoscale Zero-valentIron Supported on Ordered Mesoporous Silica
Abstract
The synergic remove properties of NZVI/ZCS composite for 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene are investigated. The NZVI/ZCS composite was synthesized by double solvent impregnation, calcinations and reduction, which exhibited the synergetic effect of high adsorption capacity of ZCS and high reducibility of NZVI. The NZVI/ZCS composite was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), and N2 adsorption/desorption. Through the experiment, we discuss the different reaction conditions on the influence of the TNT reduction efficiency and determine the best condition of reduction. The result shows that nano Zero-valent Iron disperses well on ZCS and is mostly limited in mesoporous channel. Under the conditions when the initial concentration of TNT is 20ppm and the reaction time is 4h, the removal efficiency of TNT is 94.7%. The NZVI/ZCS composite has good reduction performance on TNT. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) test confirms the existence of the intermediated products.
