摘要:采用对氨基苯磺酸为催化剂,以三羟甲基丙烷和油酸为材料,采用直接酯化的方式合成了具有润滑性能的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯。经过对比酯化率和产品最终产物颜色探讨了反应时间、物料比及反应温度对反应的影响,得到了合成三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的优化前提:催化剂用量为三羟甲基丙烷1%,反应温度为160 ℃,投料酸醇摩尔比 OA/TMP=3.1∶1,反应时间为 3 h。 在最佳条件下,重复试验油酸的酯化率均在94% 以上,产品的收率均在 92%以上。利用红外光谱仪分析产物,并在环-块式摩擦磨损试验机和四球试验机上,测定了三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯添加到基础油后的摩擦磨损性能及三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的添加量对这些性能的影响进行了考察,结果表明,含三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯1.5%(wt%)时,抗磨效果最佳。测定基础油、添加1.5%(wt%)三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的基础油及添加T202的基础油三者的最大无卡咬负荷PB,结果表明添加T202后基础油的PB值最大。最后测定三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯与T202复配后的摩擦化学性能以及两者的添加量对基础油的摩擦磨损性能的影响,结果表明,当添加1.5%(wt%)三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯时和添加1%(wt%)T202复配时,润滑油的抗磨效果最佳。61918

Study on synthesis of trimethylolpropane oleate and lubricant characteristics
Abstract:Oleic acid trimethylolpropane easter with the property of lubrication is synthesized from esterification of oleicacid and trimethylolpropane as the raw material with Sulfanilic acid(PTSA)as catalyst. Through comparing esterification rate and product colour,the effect factors on the reaction are discussed amount of catalyst,reaction time and reaction temperature。The optimum conditions are found as follows:amount of PTSA is 1%(mass fraction)based upon mass of TMP material the reaction temperature is 150 ℃,n(oleic acid)/n (trimethylolpropane)is 3.1∶1,reaction time is 3 h.Under the optimum conditions,esterification rate of repeated experiment is all above 90% and the product yield is all above 92%. Using the infrared spectrometer product, and in the ring - on - block tribometer and four-ball tester, determination of trimethylolpropane oleate added to the amount of friction and wear properties of the base oil after the oil and trimethylolpropane esters of these properties the impact study, results showed that containing trimethylolpropane oleate 1.5% (wt%), the best anti-wear. Determination of base oil, adding 1.5% (wt%) of trimethylolpropane oleate base oil base oil and add three T202's largest non-card bite load PB, PB results show that the value of the base oil is added after T202 maximum. Finally, to determine the effect of trimethylolpropane friction and chemical properties of the added amount of both oleate and T202 compound after the friction and wear properties of the base oil, the results show that when adding 1.5% (wt%) tris (hydroxymethyl) when propane monooleate and adding 1% (wt%) T202 complex, the best anti-wear effect of oil.
