摘要采用溶胶-凝胶工艺制备了SnO2/TiO2复合催化剂。以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,冰醋酸为螯合剂,通过水解缩聚反应制备TiO2。掺杂不同比例(n(SnO2)/n(TiO2)分别为1:1、1:2、2:1)的SnO2对TiO2进行改性。并利用铁氧钡磁性粉末对产出的样品进行了两种不同温度(350、450℃)的焙烧处理。采用改变掺杂比例和焙烧温度进行对比试验,总计6组实验。运用X射线衍射(XRD)研究了不同掺杂量、热处理温度对催化剂的影响。作为催化剂活性的表征实验,利用该催化剂催化合成乙酸正丁酯。结果表明,350℃焙烧时,1:1掺杂的粉体样品出现了较好的晶体结构,具有较高的催化活性。62984

Title The preparation of solid catalysts contained Tin and Titanium
Abstract SnO2/TiO2 composite catalyst was prepared by Sol-gel method. TiO2 was prepared by hydrolysis and condensation reaction, with Titanate as precursor and glacial acetic acid as chelating agents. SnO2 was doped with different proportions for the modification of TiO2. Then the samples prepared was roasted at different temperatures by using barium-ferrite magnetic . Comparative tests were conducted by changing the doping ratio and calcination temperature. Then these catalysts were characterized by XRD to study the influences of different doping ratios and calcination temperatures on them. The catalyst activity for the synthesis of butyl acetate was investigated. The results indicate that the best condition for the preparation of catalysts is that the molar ratio of Sn/Ti is 1:1 and calcination temperature is 350℃ on the result of better critical structure on them.
