摘要本文采用电子束蒸发法制备了PTFE薄膜,研究电子束蒸发法的最佳制备工艺参数。为了确定最佳制备工艺参数,选用玻璃、石英、陶瓷作为基片,对其进行不同的预处理,比较不同基底对PTFE薄膜结构、形貌和疏水性质的影响。改变工艺参数,如蒸发压强、蒸发电压、蒸发电流、不同处理的基片,考察工艺参数对PTFE薄膜结构、形貌和疏水性质的影响。
采用红外光谱(IR),原子力显微镜(AFM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等测试仪器对所制备材料的结构和形貌进行表征分析,用接触角测量仪测量PTFE薄膜表面的接触角值。对不同参数下制备的PTFE薄膜进行疏水性性能测试,研究不同制备参数对其的影响。63929

Title Preparing of polymer film by vacuum electron beam evaporation method and the study of its hydrophobicity
Abstract In this article, electron beam evaporation method was used to prepare the PTFE film in order to optimize the preparation technology parameters of electron beam evaporation method. To determine the best preparation technology parameters, glass, quartz, ceramic were used as the substrate and then were pretreated under different conditions. The effects of the substrate to the morphology and properties of the PTFE film structure were discussed. By varying different preparation parameters, such as evaporation pressure, evaporating voltage, evaporating current, differently treated substrate, the effects of preparation parameters on the morphology and properties of the PTFE film structure was discussed.
Using infrared spectroscopy (IR), atomic force microscopy (AFM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and other testing equipment to characterize the structure and morphology of the prepared material. Contact angle measurement instrument was used to measure the contact angle of PTFE film surface. For PTFE films which were prepared at different parameters, the hydrophobic performance was tested to show the effects of preparation parameters to hydrophobic property of PTFE films.

近几十年来,薄膜的疏水性研究迅速发展,PTFE薄膜因其具有结晶度高,分子定向排列紧密,空隙率小,性能稳定,介电性优良,耐热性,耐化学腐蚀性及疏水特性等,受到人们越来越多的关注[1]。由于PTFE材料其本身具备疏水性C—Fx键[2,3],材料表面改性方面具有良好的可操作性,如辉光放电等离子体技术,丙烯酸化学接枝处理,刻蚀法增加薄膜表面粗糙度等,使其在制备疏水性薄膜领域起到了至关重要的作用。 真空电子束蒸发法制备聚合物PTFE薄膜和疏水性研究:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_70795.html
