摘要:本文以 APP/MEL/PER 为基本膨胀阻燃体系,研究了硼酸锌与抗氧剂含量,以 及硅烷偶联剂不同种类与含量等对阻燃 POM 阻燃性能及力学性能的影响,并采用氧指数 测定仪及垂直燃烧仪测试了阻燃 POM 的阻燃性能,采用拉力测试仪测试了各种样品的力 学性能,采用热重-差示量热扫描仪(TG-DSC)、傅里叶红外(FT-IR)及锥形量热仪等 对所得样品进行了分析表征。结果表明,加入 1%含量的硼酸锌时,复合阻燃 POM 的极 限氧指数(LOI)可达 55,燃烧等级为 V-0,拉伸强度为 26.19MPa;硅烷偶联剂 KH-560 的添加使得阻燃 POM 的力学性能有所提高,当添加 1%含量时,材料的拉伸强度为 29.86MPa,同时 LOI 可达 50,燃烧等级为 V -0;抗氧剂 1010 的添加对阻燃 POM 的力学 性能影响不大,但所得材料的氧指数明显下降。66261

Study on Flame Retardant POM with Zinc Borate / Intumescent Flame Retardant
Abstract:In this paper, the effects of different contents and contents of zinc borate and antioxidant on the flame retardancy and mechanical properties of flame retardant POM were studied by using APP / MEL / PER as the basic flame retardant system. The thermal performance of flame retardant POM was tested by the exponential tester and the vertical burner. The mechanical properties of various samples were tested by tensile tester. The thermogravimetric thermometer (TG-DSC), Fourier infrared (FT-IR) and cone calorimeter were used to characterize the samples. The results show that the limiting oxygen index (LOI) of the composite flame retardant POM is 55, the combustion grade is V-0, the tensile strength is 26.19MPa, and the addition of silane coupling agent KH-560 is added when adding 1% zinc borate So that the mechanical properties of flame retardant POM increased, when adding 1% content, the tensile strength of the material 29.86MPa, while LOI up to 50, the combustion level of V -0; antioxidant 1010 to add flame retardant POM Of the mechanical properties of little impact, but the material of the oxygen index decreased significantly.
