摘要本毕业论文采用Hummers法制得氧化石墨,采用超声剥离制备氧化石墨烯,用TEM、FTIR、TG、XRD等对其结构和性能进行了表征。将氧化石墨烯与xNBR胶乳混合后制得氧化石墨烯/羧基丁腈橡胶(xNBR)纳米复合材料。研究了不同氧化石墨烯的用量对复合材料导热性能、力学性能、热稳定性等的影响。结果表明:采用Hummers法、超声剥离可制备剥离效果较好的氧化石墨烯;氧化石墨烯能够有效改善羧基丁腈橡胶的导热性能、力学性能以及热稳定性等。综合考虑导热性能、力学性能和热稳定性,当氧化石墨烯含量为3%时,氧化石墨烯/羧基丁腈橡胶纳米复合材料的综合性能最优。9705

Title The structure and properties of graphene oxide/ Carboxylated Acrylonitrile butadiene Rubber
Abstract
In this paper, graphene oxide was prepared via oxidation of graphite (Hummers method), followed by ultrasonication. The characteristic of graphene oxide was analyzed by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, X-ray Diffraction, Raman Spectroscopy and Thermo Gravimetry. Graphene oxide was added to xNBR emulsion through the latex process, the GO/xNBR nanocomposite materials were prepared. The thermal and mechanical properties of GO/xNBR vulcanizates were studied and compared. The results confirm that graphene oxide can be prepared successfully by Hummers method followed by ultrasonication and the thermal conductivity ,mechanical properties and thermal stability of xNBR vulcanizates were improved by adding graphene oxide. Considering the thermal conductivity, mechanical properties and thermal stability,when the content of GO reaches to 3%, the comprehensive performance of the GO/xNBR nanocomposite materials is optimal.
