通过在玉米淀粉废水处理工艺及调试运行等方面的研究,通过某一玉米淀粉废水的相关资料和数据,开展废水处理毕业设计,综合运用所学理论知识,结合各种工程规范和要求,独立完成废水处理的工艺设计。
本课题选择UASB+SBR的工艺流程,因流程简洁,节省运行费用。本次设计水量为5000 m3/d,进水水质是COD=3500mg/L、BOD=1000mg/L、SS=500mg/L、PH4-6。而出水指标为COD小于100、BOD小于30、SS小于30、PH6-9.
废水流过格栅,先去除大的悬浮物,然后进入集水井,集水井的废水泵入气浮池提取蛋白饲料,湿蛋白饲料经烘干制成干蛋白饲料。气浮分离后的废水流入调节沉淀池,以调节水量并沉淀去除部分悬浮物。厌氧生物处理采用UASB技术,调节沉淀池废水用泵压入UASB进行厌氧生物处理,大部分有机物在UASB反应器中降解,反应过程中产生的沼气经水封罐、三相分离器、脱硫器处理后进入沼气储柜进行利用。UASB出水自流进入预曝沉淀池,预曝沉淀池是厌氧处理单元和好氧处理单元之间的重要构筑物,其功能主要是去除厌氧出水的悬浮物和H2S等有害气体,增加水中的溶解氧,为好氧处理创造有利的条件。好氧生物处理采用SBR技术,预曝沉淀池的出水自流进入SBR进行好氧生物处理,以进一步降解水中的有机物。调节沉淀池、UASB、预曝沉淀池、SBR等处理单元产生的污泥排入集泥井,集泥井中的污泥泵提升至污泥浓缩池,污泥经浓缩后进入污泥脱水间进行机械脱水,产生的泥饼作为有机农肥外运。污泥浓缩池的上清液和污泥脱水间的压滤液排入集水井进行再处理。71083
