Abstract With the development of morden industry and city construction, theenvironmental pollution, especially the problem of water pollution in the city in our country has been increasingly serious, meanwhile the problem of water resourse has been increasingly serious as well. There are several problems of the high-speed developing wastewater treatment industry in our country such as large energy consumption,low resource utilization and effluent quality bing hard to meet the needs of water resource and water environment. The problem of energy consumption has been particularly outstanding among them. Recently, “Chinese concept wastewater treatment plant ” has been raised. Therefore, developing the wastewater treatment process which is based on energy recycling and aiming for optimizing the energy balance, improving effluent quality and achieving sludge reclamation, keeps up to date with technological trends of contemporary wastewater treatment. And it is of vital importance to the sustainable development of our country.
In this design, the removal rate of BOD5, CODCr, SS, NH3-N, TN and TP can reach 55%, 60%, 70%, 40%, 35% and 40% in A step. And the removal rate of BOD5, CODCr, SS, NH3-N, TN and TP can reach 91.1%, 75%, 81%, 58.3%, 78% and 77.2% in A2/O process. After reasonable designing and calculating, the gas generation amount of anaerobic digestion reachs up to 16027m3/d, including 10738m3/d methan gas generation amount. And the rate of energy self-sufficiency reachs up to 161.2%, the energy self-sufficiency of the wastewater treatment plant can be realized sufficiently. Project total investment budget is 2.02 billion RMB and annual operation cost is 6.2022 million RMB. To estimate the engineering investment recovery period is 8.78 years.
