摘要十二五时期是我国实现2020年环境小康建设目标的关键期。本文通过结合近五年天水市主要污染物排放情况，分析了天水市十二五期间废水废气主要污染物化学需氧量，氨氮，氮氧化物，二氧化硫的排放趋势，得出化学需氧量，氨氮，氮氧化物排放总量下降，二氧化硫排放总量上升的结论。进一步明确了各污染来源的排放情况，得出工业源，农业源由于产业调整所以排放量减少,而城镇生活源，机动车源由于排放量增加，是污染治理的关键。针对分析出的结果制定有效的减排措施并提出建议，为天水市十三五环境保护工作做参考。71864
