摘要海宁长安皮革有限公司专门从事皮革生产等相关业务,再生产过程中,企业存放牛皮等原料的地下仓库和卸货区卸货时产生较多的恶臭气体。其成分主要为硫化氢、氨、硫醚、挥发性有机物(VOCs)、酯类、醇类、醛类等具复杂异味气体。此类恶臭气体不但影响了空气质量,还严重威胁着附近居民的身体健康,如易引起呼引起吸道系统疾病。因此提出解决恶臭问题的方案十分必要。72787
应此需求,本设计综合考虑了该企业的生产状况、污染物种类以及恶臭污染物排放标准限值,经反复对比恶臭气体处理技术,制定了采用光催化氧化为主要工艺的处理方案。该方案包括废气收集、喷淋系统和排气筒等工艺单元,能够有效去除恶臭气体。本设计主要有五部分内容,包括恶臭气体收集设计、臭气处理工艺设计、公用工程的设计、工程预算和工程进度按排。

Abstract Haining Changan Leather Co。, Ltd。 specializing in leather production and other related business, the reproduction process, enterprises stored leather and other raw materials of underground warehouse and unloading unloading area produces more odorous gases。 The main ingredients as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, sulfide, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), esters, alcohols, aldehydes and other complex smell gas。 The stench gas not only influence the air quality, but also a serious threat to the health of the residents in the nearby, such as cause breath system disease easily。 So it is necessary to put forward the solution to the problem of the stench。
Due to this fact, the production conditions, the kind of the pollutant and the limited value of the discharge standard were considered into this design。 After repeated comparison of the stench gas processing technology, we carried out a scheme with the main process unit of photocatalytic oxidation。 Waste collection, spray system and vent process unit were included in this scheme, and we believe that it can remove the stench gas effectively。 This design mainly has five parts, including the stench gas collection design, the odor treatment process design, the utility of design, engineering budget and the progress of the row。
