摘要热气溶胶灭火剂是一种高效的灭火剂，且费用低、污染小，近年来被广泛研究并迅速发展，在许多领域得到应用，但是仍然存在一些不足。本文对热气溶胶的灭弧速率进行了研究，从原料的选择和配比方面优化配方，使灭火更迅速。73659
本文主要研究了含锶灭火剂和钾型灭火剂，对它们的燃烧时间、灭火时间以及灭火现象进行了观察研究。本文设计了几组配方并进行了灭火测试，最终发现如下配方灭火最迅速：硝酸钾75%，酚醛树脂12%，添加剂B为8%，添加剂C为5%。此外还对灭火产物进行了红外分析，确保其不会污染环境。

Title The Design of Rapid Thermal Aerosol Fire Extinguishing Agent Formula
Abstract Thermal aerosol fire extinguishing agent is a kind of highly effective fire extinguishing agent, which cost low and produce less pollution。 It has been extensively studied and applied in many fields in recent years。 In this paper, the rate of heat extinguishing aerosol have been studied to optimize the recipe from the selection and matching aspects of materials to make extinguishing quickly。
This paper studies the extinguishing agent containing strontium and potassium type extinguishing agent, observing their combustion time, fire extinguishing time and the phenomena。 This paper presents a set formula and a fire test, the following formula is the most rapid: 75% potassium nitrate, 12% phenolic resin, 8% of the additive B and additive C was 5%。

1。1气溶胶灭火剂简介
日常生活中我们常见的灭火剂是泡沫灭火剂，其实除了泡沫灭火剂还有一种更高效的灭火剂那就是气溶胶灭火剂。所谓气溶胶灭火剂就是灭火剂燃烧后产生灭火气体或固体颗粒并分散在周围形成气溶胶体，以此来灭火。但是由于它在燃烧后的释放过程中还会产生的高温、腐蚀等问题，使它没有推广开来。但是到了80年代，人们一直使用的哈龙灭火剂被发现了一个致命的缺点，就是它会严重破坏臭氧层。后来通过制定相关的规定，人们决定不再使用哈龙灭火剂，灭火不能以牺牲环境为代价。因此对环境无污染的气溶胶灭火剂由此而生，相对于哈龙等其他的灭火剂，它还有很多优势，比如：论文网 快速热气溶胶灭火剂配方设计研究:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_84069.html
