摘要安吉是全国著名的转椅之乡，产品种类多样且生产技术可靠。近年来，安吉县的转椅发展势头迅猛，国内外市场也逐步得到拓展，产品远销东南亚和欧美市场。工业发展的同时，废气治理环节不容忽视，坐落在此的安吉万昌家居有限公司年产10万件各类高档家具建设项目需设计废气治理方案。74510

本设计在对企业现场进行踏勘、调查的基础上，结合搜集资料，编制了本方案。该废气治理工程通过分析比较废气处理工艺，结合工厂自身运行特点，研究和制定了一整套通过传统水帘式喷漆雾化技术处理废气的工艺流程，包含相关干式喷漆雾过滤装置，吸附净化装置等设备，并对此工程进行了预算。本次设计主要包括有废气的收集、处理，设备以及构筑物的设计。之后还要进行工程预算和工程设计进度，保证改设计的合理性和完善性。
