摘要本文在全面查阅国内外有关文献的基础上,了解了水基灭火剂的灭火机理及对水基灭火剂性能的测试方法。根据国家相关标准,首先对高效水基灭火剂的技术性能进行测试。而后,对高效水基灭火剂的灭火性能进行研究,重点研究了其灭A类木垛火和B类油池火的灭火性能。实验得出水基灭火剂灭A类木垛火时其表现并不理想,但很快便能控制火势,加入氟碳表面活性剂进行配方优化后效果却很好;水基灭火剂在灭B类油池火效果时很好,控火很快,符合国家的相关标准。结合实验所得的结果,对高效水基灭火剂的配方进行必要的优化。在配方中添加氟碳表面活性剂后,对于高效水基灭火剂的物化参数并无很大影响,但其对于灭火剂的灭火性能影响却很大,尤其在灭A类火时尤为明显。这与氟碳表面活性剂的性质有很大关系:氟碳表面活性剂具有低表面张力和高表面活性,加入它可使灭火剂的表面张力显著降低,易于形成泡沫覆盖,由于泡沫的自封作用,可快速控制火势,具有较好的耐复燃性。9875

Title   Formula optimization and performance test of a water-based fire extinguishing agent
Abstract
Based on the comprehensively looking up to related document both here and abroad, this article has synthetically considered the extinguishing mechanism and the test method for properties of water-based extinguishing agent. According to the corresponding national standards,we tested the Technical Properties of of water-based extinguishing agent first.Then we mostly researched the fire-extinguishing performance for Class A wood crib fire and Class B pool fire. Experiment results show that the fire-extinguishing performance for Class A wood crib fire is not ideal, but soon will be able to control the fire and effect is good by adding fluorocarbon surfactant formulation optimization; the fire-extinguishing performance for class B pool fire e is very good, fire control is very fast and in line with the relevant national standards.By the result educed from the test, the prescription of water-based extinguishing agent was optimized . When the fluorocarbon surfactant was added, the physico-chemical parameters of water-based extinguishing agent didn’t change much.But it had a big effect on the fire-extinguishing performance,especially for Class A wood crib fire.It has much to do with the properties of fluorocarbon surfactant.The surface tension of fluorocarbon surfactant is low and the surface activity is high,so the surface tension of extinguishing was decreased when tension of fluorocarbon was added. Then the foam was created and the airiness was prevented.So we can control the fire quickly and avoid after-combustion..
