摘要本毕业论文采用二步法合成了BPDA-BTDA-PMDA-p-PDA-ODA型PAA溶液,采用硅烷偶联剂KH550对云母粉进行了表面改性处理,并用直接分散法将BPDA-BTDA-PMDA-p-PDA-ODA型PAA溶液与云母或KH550改性过的云母共混,制得了一系列不同云母填充量的PI/云母杂化薄膜材料,并探究了云母改性对其化学结构、力学性能、热稳定性能的影响。
结果表明:添加经KH550改性云母的薄膜材料有机相和无机相能较好地结合形成较好的复合体系,添加少量云母对PI/云母复合薄膜的热稳定性有所提高,但力学性能却有所下降。云母填充量为4wt%时,起始分解温度为573.4℃,最大分解温度为666.4℃,拉伸强度为115.62MPa,断裂伸长率为11.66%,弹性模量为18.66MPa,综合性能最优。若云母含量进一步增加,复合薄膜性能反而降低。未经KH550改性的云母的加入对薄膜材料的性能无改善作用。9874

Title    Preparation  and  properties  of  polyimide/ mica powder  hybrid  material                                                 
Abstract
Polyimide/mica powder hybrid materials were successfully prepared from solution –blending of BPDA-BTDA-PMDA-p-PDA-ODA copolyamic acid (polyimide precursor) and mica powder modified by coupling agent (γ-aminopropyltriethoxy silane, KH 550). The effects of mica filler content on the mechanical properties and thermal stability were studied. The results showed that the film materials which add KH550 modified mica can be combined to a compound system. A small amount of mica can increase the thermal stability of PI/mica composite films, but the mechanical properties declined. When the content of mica powder was 4 wt%, the materials obtained the integrated optimal performance. It with the initial decomposition temperature of 573.4℃,the maximum decomposition temperature of 666.4℃,tensile strength of 115.62MPa, elongation at break of 11.66%, elastic modulus of 18.66Mpa. If the mica content is more than 4 wt% and further increased will cause decline of the performance of composite film. The mica powder without modified by KH550 has no improvement for the performance of the film material.
