摘要:蓝白钝化液通常分为两种,三价铬蓝白钝化液和六价铬蓝白钝化液。低浓度蓝白钝化的研究采用三价铬的蓝白钝化液,蓝白钝化液中三价铬对环境的污染相对较小,但钝化液的组成成分比较复杂,钝化膜的外观和耐腐蚀性不如六价铬蓝白钝化膜。然而由于六价铬毒性很高,其使用也受到了严格的控制,也因为三价铬钝化性能和六价铬钝化有类似的性能,所以采用三价铬镀锌钝化工艺是一种替代六价铬镀锌钝化工艺的良好选择。并且镀锌层三价铬蓝白钝化是一种使用较为广泛的防护-装饰性膜层,它的处理相对容易,有比较好的分散能力和覆盖能力。本文详细分析了会影响三价铬镀锌蓝白钝化膜外观和耐腐蚀性的主要因素,例如温度、Ph、钝化时间等。在不断的重复实验后,试验出了一种组分较为简单的镀锌三价铬蓝白钝化液,外观和耐腐蚀性比较优秀,稳定性也较好。78146

Study on the Blue-white Passivating Technology at Low Concentration

Abstract:Blue and white passivation solution is usually pided into two,trivalent chromium blue and white passivation solution and hexavalent chromium blue and white passivation solution。Low-concentration blue-white passivation study using trivalent chromium blue and white passivation solution,blue and white passivation of trivalent chromium in the environment pollution is relatively small, but the composition of the passivation fluid is more complex,passivation film Appearance and corrosion resistance than hexavalent chromium blue and white passivation film。 However,due to the high toxicity of hexavalent chromium,its use has also been strictly controlled,but also because of trivalent chromium passivation properties and hexavalent chromium passivation has a similar performance,so the use of trivalent chromium zinc passivation process is a A Good Choice for Substitution of Zinc Chromium Zinc Passivation Process。 And galvanized layer trivalent chromium blue and white passivation is a more widely used protective - decorative film,its processing is relatively easy,have better dispersion and coverage。 In this paper,the main factors that affect the appearance and corrosion resistance of trivalent chromium-plated zinc-white passivation film are analyzed in detail,such as temperature,Ph,passivation time and so on。 After repeated experiments,the test of a relatively simple composition of zinc-plated trivalent chromium blue and white passivation solution, the appearance and corrosion resistance is excellent,the stability is also better。
