摘 要:石墨烯是一种由sp2杂化的碳原子以六边形晶格排列成的二维蜂窝状新材料,具有比表面积大、机械强度高和化学稳定性强等特性,利用石墨烯与半导体材料复合以提高光催化活性,是新型光催化的研究热点之一。 本文采用改进的Hummers方法制备氧化石墨,以氧化石墨烯为基体,采用一步水热法制备掺杂石墨烯-CdS纳米复合材料,通过优化温度、时间、原料比例及种类、pH值等,实现复合材料的可控合成,运用XRD、SEM等对制备的复合材料进行表征,确定了复合材料的组成和微观结构。以制备的复合材料为光催化剂,在紫外光照条件下,评价其光催化降解亚甲基蓝的光催化性能。结果表明,该复合材料对有机染料具有较好的光催化降解能力。79290

Abstract:Graphene is a kind of two-dimensional materials which is arranged in hexagonal lattice by the sp2 hybridized carbon atoms。 Due to its unique structure and excellent properties such as high specific surface area, high mechanical strength and strong chemical stability, graphene combined with other nanomaterials such as semiconductors and noble metal nanoparticels shows much more remarkable properties。 As a result, graphene-based composites have been attracting more and more attentions。 In this paper doped graphene-CdS semiconductor composite was synthesized via one-step hydrothermal method using graphite oxide prepared by modified Hummers method as raw material。 The effect of time, temperature, pH value and different raw materials was investigated in detail。 So the size and morphology of CdS and its distribution on graphene surface were properly controlled。 The as-prepared nanocomposite was employed as phototcatalyst to study its phototcatalytic activity toward the degradation of methylene blue under the radiation of UV light。 The results show that doped graphene-CdS nanocomposites possess excellent phototcatalytic activity toward organic dyes and they can probably be used in the treatment of polluted water。
