摘要:采用复凝聚法以丝素蛋白(SF)和三聚磷酸钠(STPP)为壁材制备缓释茉莉香精微胶囊。本课题考察了丝素蛋白用量、芯壁比、壁材配比和乳化剂用量等对于缓释茉莉香精微胶囊的包覆效果及其性能的影响。并采用显微镜、纳米粒度仪、红外光谱仪和热重分析仪对缓释茉莉香精微胶囊结构进行表征。当丝素蛋白的用量为1%wt,芯壁比为2:1,壁材配比为1:1,乳化剂用量为7%wt时,对茉莉香精的包覆效果最好,性能最优。红外光谱和热重分析表明茉莉香精微胶囊已包覆成功。将茉莉香精微胶囊用在皮革加香中能更好地掩盖皮革的难闻气味,并且拥有较好的缓释作用。79923

Preparation of Sustained-release Jasmine Essence and Its Application in Leather
Abstract: By complex coacervation with silk fibroin (SF) and sodium tripolyphosphate (STPP) as wall material to prepare sustained-release Jasmine microcapsules。 This paper investigated the silk fibroin concentration, core wall ratio, coating effect and characteristic of the wall material and the ratio of emulsifier to release Jasmine microcapsules。 And by using the microscope, nanoparticle size analyzer, infrared spectroscopy and thermal gravimetric analyzer on the release of jasmine microcapsules were characterized。 When the concentration of silk fibroin was 1%wt, core wall ratio is 2:1, ratio of wall material was 1:1, the dosage of emulsifier is 7%wt, the best coating effect of jasmine essence IR optimal performance。 And thermogravimetric analysis showed that Jasmine microcapsules have been coated successfully。 And the jasmine microcapsule can better hide leather in the leather perfuming smell, and has good slow release effect。
