摘要:丙烯腈是一种十分重要的化工原料,用它合成的化学产品和化学化工原料在许多领域都得到广泛应用。本设计为年产10万吨丙烯腈生产工艺设计,在设计中采用了丙烯氨氧化法,此法该方法具有生产工艺过程简单、产品纯度高,投资成本低等优点。在该设计中对丙烯腈的国内外生产现状、性质、用途、生产方法进行了简单的介绍。本设计重点设计计算丙烯腈合成工段的反应部分,也简单设计了回收和精制部分。工艺条件包括反应温度、反应压力、接触时间、原料纯度,反应原理有主、副反应、催化剂。反应是通过液态丙烯,液态氨,空气,水蒸气为原料,以CAT-6为催化剂,在460℃条件下进行反应。通过物料衡算对丙烯腈的年生产能力、原料液流量进行了计算。在设计中也进行了热量衡算,同时通过设计计算也对设备进行了选型,本次设计中主要涉及了合成工段,回收工段和精制工段三个工段并选择其中主要的塔设备进行了工艺和设备设计。80988
The process design of annual output of 100000 tons of acrylonitrile
Abstract: Acrylonitrile is a very important chemical materials。Many chemical products and materials synthesized by it are widely used in many fields。 This is the process design of annual output of 100000 tons of acrylonitrile。 The design used in ammonia oxidation of propylene method。 This method have many advantages,such as the simple production process,the high purity of product,the low costs of investment。 In this design, the process status of domestic and foreign,nature,use and production method of acrtlonitrile are simply introduced。 The design focus on calculating the reaction section of the acrylonitrile synthesis section and the recycling and refining sections are also simply designed。The process conditions include reaction temperature, reaction pressure, contact time, raw material purity。The reaction principle is main, side reaction and catalyst。The reaction was carried out by using liquid propane, liquid ammonia, air and water vapor as catalyst and CAT-6 as catalyst。The annual production capacity and raw material flow rate of acrylonitrile are calculated by material balance。The design also conducte a thermal balance as well as the design and calculation of the equipment are selected。This design mainly involves the synthesis section, the recovery section and the refining section and choose the main tower equipment for the process and equipment design。
