3。 Principle of design and main design standard
Principle:

(2) Ease of operation: At the same time, in determining the various production processes and equipment, but also a reasonable determination of operating conditions。 Because it is the production process and equipment to be established and it’s a important role in the play and controlling the programs, having a direct relationship。
(3) Investment province: Namely the request economically uses the equipment investment, the construction invests, the public project investment and the manpower cost。
(4) Is advantageous for the installment: The factory arrangement should satisfy the construction and the installment work request。 Specially should consider the large-scale equipment the hoisting, in the factory the path pavement structure and the load standard and so on should satisfy the work the request。
