摘 要本设计的主要内容是 1080m3 高炉工艺设计,包括 1080m3 高炉的配料计算、物料 平衡计算、热平衡计算、高炉炉型的设计以及高炉炉体内衬的选择。
设计采用国内外高炉炼铁的经验公式,对高炉的工艺进行设计,使高炉获得良好 的技术经济指标,延长高炉的寿命;配料计算主要内容是计算冶炼 1t 的生铁,需要 消耗的矿石、熔剂和燃料;根据物质守衡定律建立氢平衡、碳平衡和氧平衡方程进行 物料平衡计算,对高炉的过程进行分析与研究;按照盖斯定律,依据入炉物料的最初 的形态与其出炉时的最终形态,计算产生和消耗的热量来进行热平衡计算,了解高炉 内热量的消耗状况;高炉炉型的尺寸根据经验公式进行计算;高炉内衬方面,炉缸、 炉底采用炭质+陶瓷杯复合的结构,炉腹、炉腰和炉身下部采用黏土砖或高铝砖的耐 火材料,并且主要应用铸钢冷却壁。83867
