摘要根据设计任务书的要求,完成沙钢2500m3高炉煤气除尘系统的设计。本设计参考了国内外的相似高炉除尘系统的经验和数据。在分析已有高炉除尘装置的设计方法以及其优缺点的基础上,结合各类除尘器的结构和参数,确定本设计采用干法除尘装置,并保证可靠地运行,使煤气干式除尘系统的作业率与高炉一致。83866
本设计遵循现代高炉煤气除尘系统实用、高效、节能、环保、长寿的设计原则,并兼顾实际除尘环境。通过计算确定本设计中重力除尘器、旋风除尘器、布袋除尘器的各类参数。其中,重力除尘器内径为14。59 m,直筒段高度为14。95 m,锥斗壁倾角为50°;切向旋风除尘器的入口高度为4。003 m,排出管插入深度为4。667 m,入口宽度为2。002 m;布袋除尘器的箱体数量为16个,箱体直径为5800 mm,总过滤面积14286 m2。并将三者连接构成煤气净化系统工艺。然后利用CAD绘制煤气净化系统工艺流程图以及重力除尘器结构,旋风除尘器结构,布袋除尘结构图。最后,对本设计进行节能环保效果分析。

Abstract Shagang 2500m3 blast furnace gas dust removal system was designed according to the demand of assignment book 。The design consults some advanced experience and data from domestic and abroad similar blast furnace dust removal system 。On the basis of analyzing the existing blast furnace dust removal device design method and its advantages and disadvantages and various types of dust collector structure and parameters ,the design adopts dry dust means and ensures reliable operation, so that the operating rate of blast furnace gas dry dust removal system is consistent with the blast furnace。
The design follows modern blast furnace gas dust removal system is practical, efficient, energy saving, environmental protection and longevity of the design principles, taking into account the actual dust environment 。The various parameters of the design gravity dust collector, cyclone dust collector, bag filter are determined by calculating 。And gravity dust collector has inner diameter of 14。59 meters, straight segment height of 14。95 meters and cone bucket wall inclination 50 degrees; cyclone dust has entrance height of 4。003 meters, exhaust pipe insertion depth of 4。667 meters and a width of 2。002 meters entrance; bag filter 16 boxes, the diameter of 5800 millimeters box, total filtration area of 14,286 square meters。 They are connected to form three gas purification system processes。 Then, the gravity dust collector, cyclone structure, bag filter structure and the gas purification system process were plotted by CAD drawing。 Finally, analyze the energy saving effect of this design。
