摘要：本设计内容为年产900吨十二烷基苯磺酸钠的生产车间工艺设计。本产品是阴离子型表面活性剂。因生产成本低、性能好，因而用途广泛，是家用洗涤剂用量最大的合成表面活性剂，也生产一部分镁、钙等无机盐及三乙醇胺等有机胺盐。十二烷基苯磺酸钙具有优良的乳化性能，是配制各种农药用的混合型乳化剂的重要组成部分。在本设计中,以十二烷基苯与三氧化硫磺化制得十二烷基苯磺酸，进一步与10%氢氧化钠反应，制得十二烷基苯磺酸钠。该系列产品具有优良的应用性能。然后,对整个反应进行了物料恒算,热量恒算,设备选型,技术经济指标分析和环境保护及安全措施.最后绘制了生产工艺流程图,物料流程图,车间平面布置图。10637

Abstract: The design process for production workshop design annual production capacity of 900 tons of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate. This product is an anionic surface active agent. Because of low production cost, good performance, and wide application, is a synthetic surfactant detergent dosage is the biggest, is also a part of the production of magnesium, calcium, inorganic salt and organic amine salt, triethanolamine etc.. sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate has excellent emulsifying properties, is an important part of mixed type emulsifier for the preparation of various pesticides. In this design, with twelve and three alkyl benzene sulfonation prepared twelve benzene sulfonic acid, further reacted with 10% sodium hydroxide, prepared twelve sulfonate. The series products have excellent application performance. Secondly, the following process is materials counting, heat counting, device lectotype,economic indicator, environmental protection technique analysis and safety measure.At last , the flow of production technics is protract including main equipments diagram , materials diagram ,a flat disposal picture of the workshop, the solid disposal picture of the workshop.
