摘要：小学生课堂违纪行为的现象已经越来越普遍化和多样化，而课堂违纪行为的发生已经严重的影响了教学活动。研究课堂违纪行为有利于教师正确的认识小学生违纪的原因，了解其差异并且正确的去处理。本人通过文献分析法、观察法、访谈法来研究小学生课堂违纪行为，本人认为课堂纪律的重要在于可以提高小学生的教育素质、保证课堂的质量、提高班级整体的学习氛围、提升班主任老师的班级管理水平。而小学生课堂违纪的表现方式主要按照影响课堂纪律的程度分为四个方面：上课左顾右盼，不认真听讲；交头接耳；随意站立或扔东西；大声说话或打架。造成小学生课堂违纪的原因主要来自于学生自身的原因、教师的原因、家庭方面的原因；社会大环境的影响对学生也是潜移默化的。84775
The Present Situation and Cause Analysis of Pupil's Misconduct
Abstract: Pupil's indiscipline phenomenon has more and more generalization and persification, and classroom discipline behavior has seriously affected the teaching activities。 Study classroom discipline is advantageous to the correct understanding of elementary teachers disciplinary reasons; understand the differences and the right to deal with。 Myself through literature method, observation method, interview method to study the pupil's misconduct, I think the importance of classroom discipline is that can improve the education quality of primary school students, guarantee the quality of the classroom, improve the learning atmosphere of the class as a whole, enhance the level of the teacher in charge teacher's classroom management。 And expression of pupil's discipline according to the influence degree of classroom discipline is pided into four aspects: class glance left and right, not listening; Whisper; free standing or throwing things; speak loudly or fight。 The cause of pupil’s discipline mainly comes from the student's own reasons, the cause of the teachers, and family reasons; the influence of social environment is also exerting a subtle influence on to the student。

一、小学生课堂纪律的重要性
在我校外实习期间我们去听了许多讲的优秀的教师的公开课，跨越了一年级到六年级的各个阶段和班级，我发现小学生在课堂上的纪律性的好与坏都会直接影响在各个方面。首先就是影响到了这节课能不能有效率的进行下去，因为在课堂上有人违反纪律一般来说老师一定会在上课的时候去管理学生，及时的去制止违纪的学生他们的行为，可是这样就会占用上课时间，也间接地影响了其他想要学习的学生的心情和气氛。所以说培养学生的课堂素质是各位老师必许要做的事情。而且我发现每个班级不论多少都会有一些学生存在违纪行为，所以说维持课堂纪律也是对老师管理能力的挑战和终身水平的提高。论文网 小学生课堂违纪行为的现状及原因分析:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_100831.html
