摘要在产学研渐渐产生弊端的现代社会，治理产学研能专门应对这些问题。不仅如此，治理产学研还能改善产学研环境，促进社会合作氛围的形成。本文通过历程比较分析、数据分析、案例分析等方法来研究产学研治理的模式、手段、机制。主要从政府、企业、高校这三个主体方面研究它们的模式、各自采取的行政、经济和技术手段。并建立治理的机制。结合实证分析得出基于不同主体主导的产学研治理模式，以及激励、更新、动力等机制。86348
