百年之计，以教育为本，教育之计，以教师为本，教育对人们的发展具有很重要的作用，在我国教育改革背景下，人们越来越意识到教师专业化的重要性，在教师专业化发展进程中，幼儿教师专业化和幼儿教师专业发展也成为了幼教界关注的问题；而在幼儿教师专业化的过程中，有一支队伍更应引起大家的注意，即民办幼儿园教师；目前，随着我国幼儿园改制进程的深入，民办幼儿园的兴办如雨后春笋，占据了学前教育的半壁江山，其师资状况将成为决定未来民办幼儿园教育质量的关键因素，因此，关注民办幼儿园教师专业发展，有利于促进民办幼儿教师的成长，推进民办幼儿教师队伍的建设，从而更有利于整个幼教事业的进步。本文以开封县J民办幼儿园为例，就教师自身的因素、教师培训的因素、园本课程的因素、教育制度因素四个方面来探讨教师专业成长缺失的原因，并提出改善的策略。民办幼儿园教师专业成长现状分析:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_12184.html
