摘要：实行三级课程管理制度是我国基础教育课程改革的优尔项具体目标之一，随着新课改的不断深入，校本课程的开发在国家政策的扶持下逐渐走进了中小学。它在很大程度上弥补国家课程的不足，增强了不同地区对经济、社会、文化发展需要的适应性，更加满足学生、教师、学校的发展，也成为创办地区特色教育的重要途径。周口地区历史悠久，文化丰富，根据文昌小学的实际情况设计地域文化校本课程，具有传承地域文化，提升校园文化，完善学生个性的意义。本论文针对小学生的身心发展特点选择丰富的地域文化资源(如姓氏文化、名人文化、始祖文化、农耕文化、中国杂技文化等)，配合文昌小学的教师，共同进行文昌小学地域文化校本课程的设计与研究。24842

周口市文昌小学地域文化校本课程的设计与研究
地域文化校本课程应该在实施国家课程和地方课程的前提下，充分利用当地优秀的地域文化教育资源，以传承与发展地域文化为主要目的而设计与开发的课程。随着当前社会上“非主流文化”对传统文化的冲击，以及地方教育行政部门和学校对地域文化校本课程的重视不够、开发不力，至使中小学生在学校里不能很好接受与优秀地域文化相关的教育，许多中小学生更愿意崇拜西方文化，甚至将外来文化奉之为“先进文化”，而把本地民俗文化看作为落后的风俗习惯。应该说，进行地域文化校本课程设计与研究是地方教育行政部门及中小学校义不容辞的义务和责任，广大教师开展校本课程的设计与研究，应该给与应有的重视和必要的帮助。 周口市文昌小学地域文化校本课程的设计与研究:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_18467.html
