摘要:“先学后教 当堂训练”教学模式,旨在提高课堂教学效率,培养学生自学能力。通过文献梳理,结合对驻马店市汝南县A学校农村小学教师的访谈,本文在阐述了“先学后教 当堂训练”教学模式的内涵、实施要求及适用范围的基础上,从学习目标、自学指导、“兵教兵”与教师讲授、当堂训练四个方面提出了此模式应用中存在的问题,究其原因有:教师观念上排斥教学模式的应用,教师能力上达不到教学模式的要求,学生生理发展水平不高及缺乏意志力的培养,最后从转变教学观念、提升教学能力、加强学生自控和自学能力的训练和培养几个角度给出了该模式在农村小学教学应用中的可行建议。24911

The problems、Reasons and Suggestions on the Teaching Application of “Learning before Teaching and in-class Training” Teaching Method in Rural Primary Schools
Abstract:The“learning before teaching and in-class training” teaching method aims to improve the teaching efficiency and develop the students' self-learning ability. Through literature reviews, linking with the interviews with teachers of a primary school in Runan County, Zhumadian City, this article describes the meaning, implement requirements and applicable scope of this teaching method, and upon this put forward the problems arising in applications from four points of learning objective, self-learning guide, one teaching another and with teachers instructing and in-class training. The reasons resulting in the issues are listed below: teachers have conceptual resistance to this teaching method; the implement requirements are beyond the teachers' capabilities; the students can't meet the corresponding level requirements and lack willpower developing.
