摘要：本文以问卷调查形式，以100名在校生为样本，对我国高校经济困难生资助体系进行调查研究。通过对相关材料的分析整理，获得如下结果：1。学校在新生入学前已提前告知相关资助政策，让贫困生了解申请程序；2。贫困生所在高校及当地民政部门在贫困生审核上把关不够严格；3、关于申请资助类型，贫困生更喜欢勤工助学而非贷款助学，；4。贫困生入学后的教育引导还需继续完善；5、学生存在贫困信息谎报的行为，出现诚信危机；6、普通学生并不关注贫困生资助体系。最后，笔者结合自己的工作经历，借鉴其他高校资助政策优点提出完善措施。85250
Abstract：The paper carried out in the form of questionnaire survery。It is a convenience sample of 100 students of university。Its economic difficult life support system at institutions of higher learning in our country has carried on the investigation and study。It through the analysis of the relevant material and to obtain the following results:1。Before the new students coming into the school,the teachers of the school will introduce poor students aid policy to them for making them understand it。2。The civil affairs bureau of the poor students’ origin is not strict to the application form 。3。About the fund’s kinds,the poor students prefer working for study than loan。4。The students’ ideological education should be keeping after the poor students coming into the school 。 5。Some students not poor applied for fund。It lead to general honesty crisis。6。Regular students don’t pay attention to poor students aid policy。At last, I raise some suggest to perfect by studing other collage’ measure,combining working of myself。

引言
近年来,随着我国社会经济体制的转型和高等教育体制改革的不断深入,高等教育实行全面收费,我国高校贫困生问题越来越尖锐地凸显出来,解决高校贫困生问题也逐渐成为高校学生工作的一个重点。因此,建立一个公平、合理的高校贫困生的支持系统，解决他们的后顾之忧，对于贫困生顺利完成学业、健康成才具有重要意义。但目前关于高校贫困生的资助政策和操作模式，存在着不同的看法，如关于贫困生的认定有的人认为，不能仅仅靠各级政府部门开具贫困生证明界定贫困生，而应由学生本人的消费来定，要对贫困生档案进行动态管理。还有人认为，贫困生认定需要成本，以减少助困资源的浪费，使得有效资源用在十分需要资助的学生身上。在资助方式上，有人认为要以助学贷款为主体，建立 “奖、贷、助、补、减”五位一体的助学体系。有人认为高校贫困生资助体系应突出勤工俭学的作用。笔者作为杭州师范大学学生勤工助学中心的成员之一，三年的相关服务经历使得自己对高校贫困生资助体系的优点与不足，深有体会，如学生诚信上报、政策落实等方面都还存在问题，因此，遂生发了进一步去研究的愿望。 高校经济困难生资助体系的调查研究:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_196725.html
