摘要：思维是人类认识世界的最有力的工具,思维能力也是学生适应未来社会和生活的核心素养。因此培养学生的思维能力，应当成为教育改革的核心目标。本研究运用问卷调查法，在江苏选取53名教师和200名学生样本，就中小学学生的学习发展评价与学生思维发展的现状和问题展开调查，采用频次统计、方差分析、相关分析和回归分析等统计方法，初步探讨当前学生学习发展评价的现状、学生思维发展的现状以及两者的相关，提出相应的教育策略。94146

Abstract:Thinking is the most powerful tool of human understanding of the world, and the ability to think is also the core accomplishment of the students to adapt to the future society and life。 Therefore, the cultivation of students' thinking ability should be the core target of education reform。 Using questionnaire survey, this study was to select samples of 53 teachers and 200 students in jiangsu, primary and secondary school students' learning evaluation and the development of students' thinking development present situation and the problem investigation, using frequency statistics, analysis of variance, correlation analysis and regression analysis, statistical methods, such as preliminary discussion on the current the current situation of students' learning evaluation, students' thinking development present situation and the related, put forward the corresponding education strategy。

1 前言
1。1 研究背景
据亚太经合组织（OECD）公布的2015PISA测试结果显示，由北京、上海、江苏和广东组成的中国部分地区联合体（B-S-J-G,China)总分位居第十。中国地区只有在数学项目上表现较为突出，而在阅读和科学项目上的表现都不尽人意。相对于2012年的PISA测试的结果，有不少的退步。PISA是经济合作与发展组织进行的15岁学生阅读、数学、科学能力评价研究项目，主要考查义务教育末期学生是否掌握参与今后社会生活所需要的问题解决能力和终身学习能力。PISA的评价是前瞻性的,测量的是青少年对于迎接现今高科技和知识社会的挑战的准备情况。PISA关注年轻人运用知识技能处理现实生活的挑战能力,而不仅仅是考查他们对学校特定课程的掌握程度。[1]
