摘要：长期以来，班主任谈话艺术一直是研究领域和实践教育教学中关注的重点，对犯错误学生的教育工作已经成为长期困扰班主任的难题。与犯错误学生谈话不恰当，会造成学生的抵触和厌学情绪，导致师生关系的恶化。国内外对于班主任的谈话技巧方面研究颇多，但对于小学班主任与犯错误学生的谈话技巧研究的不多，这就值得继续深入探究。文章从谈话前的准备、谈话中的技巧以及谈话后的跟踪问效三大方面来阐述，用一种时间上的顺序来展开。谈话前班主任要做好充分的准备，了解情况，谈话中合理运用谈话技巧与学生进行很好的沟通，以及谈话后要对学生进行跟踪问效，这样才能更好地与犯错误学生谈话，使我们的谈话达到最佳的教育效果。94075

在当前课程改革的背景下，班主任的地位越来越重要：他是班集体的组织者、领导者；是实现教学目标，促进学生全面发展的核心力量；是沟通学校、家庭、社会三方面教育力量的重要中介。在小学阶段，除了教学任务之外，对于班主任来说更重要的是对小学生的教育工作。其中，对犯错误学生的教育工作一直是长期困扰小学班主任的难题，与犯错误学生谈话不恰当，会造成学生的抵触和厌学情绪，导致师生关系的恶化。
