摘要最近几年，我国通过发布不同政策，经过各种大胆尝试，进行教育资源规划，力求各地教育资源的均衡发展。在这个过程中，经常使用到教育资源评价的方法，但在现在的教育资源评价体系中，多数是利用已有的资源指标进行教育资源的评价，仅有少部分的评价方法能考虑到教育资源空间分布的问题，从而导致了部分地区教育资源紧缺，其他地区教育资源过剩，使教育资源的合理配置成为一纸空谈。31579
为了促进一个地区的教育公平发展，使教育资源均衡配置，必须要了解该地区教育资源的空间分布情况，针对资源的分布情况进行有效合理的调配与优化，进而为教育资源均衡化奠定基础。
本文选用Arc GIS软件来分析和评价徐州市区的教育资源分布情况，较为详细地介绍了教育资源的提取和缓冲区分析。通过教育资源的整体评估，论述了使用Arc GIS软件进行教育资源分析评价的简单、直观、方便等优点。

Abstract
In recent years， the national policy advocated by different education equalization， in-depth planning education resources， balanced development of education resources to promote the continuous. But in the evaluation of educational resources now， most of the existing evaluation indicators of resource utilization， rarely taking into account the spatial distribution of educational resources， some local education resources shortage， some local education resources surplus are not able to achieve a reasonable allocation of educational resources.
In order to promote a fair education area， the balanced allocation of education resources， must understand the spatial distribution of basic education resources in the region， resource allocation and optimization， effective resource distribution， lay the foundation for the next step of equalization.
This paper uses Arc GIS software to analyze and evaluate the distribution of educational resources in Xuzhou City， introduced in detail the extraction and analysis of buffer of educational resources. Through the overall evaluation of educational resources， discusses the simple， intuitive， easy analysis and evaluation of educational resources using Arc GIS software.

1.1 概述
