[摘要]本文首先对教育技术本科生的从师技能培养的现状进行分析，得出当今中小学在观念上重视教育技术对学校教育信息化的作用，但是从实习和技能上看，其发挥作用还有待改善。然后分析了从师能力，总共包括学科教学，软件开发，录像制作,科研实践等能力。并深入探究出教育技术学专业的师范生在培养从师技能的过程中的种种问题，并给与了教育技术本科生从师技能培养方式的改进途径。31743

The Training of Educational Technology Undergraduate Teaching Skills
Abstract: First of educational technology undergraduate teaching skills training present situation carries on the analysis, it is concluded that the current middle and primary schools attach great importance to the technical education in the concept of school education informationization, but from the point of view of practice and skills, to play its role remains to be improved. And then analyzes the teaching ability, including a total of subject teaching, software development, video production, scientific research and practice ability. And further explores the educational technology specialty of normal university students in the training of teaching skills in the process of the problems, and give the technology education undergraduate teaching skills training approach to improve the way.

1.1教育技术本科生的实习现状
