摘要：科学的幼儿教育是社会进步的必要产物，因此增加了对高素质幼儿园以及高素质幼儿教师队伍的需求。幼儿园实习教师作为幼儿教师的储备力量之一，实习期间适应状况是否良好，对其以后的专业发展以及是否还会从事幼教事业都有着较大的影响，更是关系到实习教师以后从事教育事业的信心以及整个职业生涯的发展。而实习教师在适应过程中遇到的问题主要集中在教学状况、人际关系、园所文化以及生活状况等方面。本研究采用自编问卷，对师范学院学前教育专业本科实习生的实习适应情况进行调查，根据调查结果，分析了当前幼儿园实习教师的实习适应的现状以及影响因素，并对于提高幼儿园实习教师的实习适应水平提出相关建议。36686

Intern teachers in the process of adaptation and mainly focused on the problem of teaching condition, interpersonal relationship, and garden culture and living conditions, etc.Using self-made questionnaire, this study of ZhouKou normal college pre-school education professional 50 undergraduate interns internship to adapt to the situation of the investigation, according to the survey, analyzed the practice to adapt to the status of the current kindergarten student teacher has influence factors, and to improve the level of kindergarten student teacher to adapt related Suggestions are put forward.
