教师组织小班户外游戏活动的现状分析

摘要:游戏活动是幼儿的基本活动方式,它能够让幼儿收获快乐,满足自身的需求和愿望,在幼儿教育的过程中占据着重要的地位。 而户外游戏活动作为游戏活动的重要组成部分,具有开放、自由的特点和广阔、新鲜的游戏环境,不仅能帮助幼儿身心健康的发展,也为幼儿的认知和社会性发展提供了锻炼的空间和机会。但是从目前幼儿园组织幼儿游戏来看,游戏化的教学形式还只是局限在传统的课堂教学,很多幼儿园教师忽略了户外游戏活动的有效组织实施。笔者在实习过程中,通过文献法、观察法、轶事记录法发现周口鹿邑J学校幼儿园小班户外游戏活动中,教师在组织户外游戏活动过程中存在的主要问题,游戏机会的均等性未体现,幼儿未能成为游戏的主体;让幼儿放任自流,游戏中缺乏有效指导;组织游戏随意性大,缺乏目标。提出解决问题的策略:发挥幼儿在游戏中的自主性;教师在户外游戏活动中要适时指导;明确游戏活动目标;增进师幼、幼儿之间的交流。从而优化周口鹿邑J学校教师在小班户外游戏活动中的现状,更好的为幼儿身心健康的发展创造条件。37626

Status Quo Analysis of Teachers Organize Small Class of Outdoor Games and Activities of Small Class

   Abstract: The game is children's basic activity way, it is to let children get happy, meet their needs and desires, in the process of early childhood education occupies a pivotal position. And outdoor play activities as an important part of the game activities, has the characteristics of open, free and broad, fresh game environment, not only contribute to the development of children's physical and mental health, also provides training for young children's cognitive and social development space and opportunities. But for now, the game of teaching is only confined to the traditional classroom teaching, many kindergarten teachers ignore the effective implementation of outdoor games.The author in the internship process, through literature research, observation, anecdotal records found law school kindergarten in Zhoukou Luyi J small class of outdoor games and activities, the main problem of teachers in the organization of outdoor games and activities exist in the process: the game of equality of opportunity is not reflect, children failed to become the main game; let children drift, lack of effective guidance game; organize games arbitrariness, lack of goals. Propose strategies to solve the problem: children play in the game of autonomy; teachers in outdoor activities and games to be timely guidance; clear goal games; enhance teacher-child exchanges between children; thus optimizing Zhoukou Luyi J school teachers in small classes outdoor games in the status quo, to create better conditions for the development of children's physical and mental health.
