摘要我国正在实施科教兴国战略的新目标，而做到这一点，我国必须要走上人力资源强国和创新型国家的道路。高等学校是为国家和社会输送人才和科技的得地方，因此一直以来受到社会的关注和重视。那么什么又是高校培养人才的载体呢？是学科，学科是培养人才、科学研究和社会服务这大职能的载体。学生们进入大学选择自己喜欢的学科，从学科中获得知识，等到毕业，根据自己所学的知识在社会立足。这样一来，也就是说一个学校学科的建设水平决定着该校的核心竞争力和学术水平的高低。本论文将从四个方面对此展开介绍，第一部分主要介绍师资年龄结构对学科发展的影响研究的背景和意义，并且对与此相关的文献进行了大概的梳理，并对论文的研究方法和结构进行了简单介绍。第二部分为理论部分。主要对师资年龄结构和学科发展的相关概念和理论分别进行了阐述，并对师资年龄结构与学科发展之间的关系进行了阐述。第三部分为数据分析。以图情档专业为例，进行了相关数据的收集与整理，并对图情档学科整体师资年龄结构进行了分析。第四部分为影响分析。结合上述的理论与实际数据情况，对图情档专业师资年龄结构对学科发展的影响进行了分析，主要从机构、性别、类型三个方面展开。42359
