摘要近些年来,学前教育成为社会发展非常重要的一部分,人们越来越意识到学前教育的重要性,而幼儿教师的职业幸福感也得到了社会大众普遍的关注,这不仅关乎到其职业生活的重要内容,也是衡量其工作质量的重要指标,他们的职业幸福感对幼儿的教育有着非常重要的作用。本论文在借鉴国内外幼儿教师职业幸福感研究成果的基础上,通过采用文献法、访谈法等方法,选取辽宁省沈阳市公办、民办等10所幼儿园,20名幼儿教师作为研究对象进行访谈和分析,发现幼儿教师在工作内容、工作待遇、人际沟通等方面存在许多的问题,并从社会、幼儿园管理者、幼儿教师自身三个层面分析了产生这些问题的具体原因。通过分析研究,并结合沈阳当地的实际情况,从客观方面出发,为提高幼儿教师的职业幸福感提出一些对策和建议。42602

Research on the professional happiness of Preschool teachers——Taking Shenyang city as an example
Abstract In recent years,preschool education become a part of social development is very important,people are more and more aware of the importance of preschool education and preschool teacher's occupational happiness sense has also been widespread public concern, this is not only closely related to the important content of the professional life, but also to measure an important indicator of the quality of their work and their career happiness sense of children's education has a very important role. This paper in reference to domestic and foreign preschool teachers' professional happiness sense based on the research results, through the collection of literature, interviews and other methods, select, Liaoning Province, Shenyang City public, private and other 10 kindergartens, 20 kindergarten teachers as the research object of interviews and analysis, we kindergarten teachers in terms of job content, working conditions, interpersonal communication, such as existence many problems, and from the social level, kindergarten management, kindergarten teachers' own three aspects analyzes the specific reasons for these problems. Through the analysis and research, combined with the actual situation in Shenyang, from the objective aspects, to improve the professional well-being of kindergarten teachers put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
