摘要幼儿教师的职业幸福感是提高幼儿教师教育质量和生活质量的重要因素。随着时代的发展，人们也逐渐认识到幼儿教师的职业幸福感对幼儿教师从事幼儿教育工作的积极性、创造性、稳定性的重要性。因此，本研究针对本科学历幼儿教师职业幸福感展开一系列的研究。探索本科学历幼儿教师职业幸福感的现状、影响因素。同时，从政府、高等院校及幼儿园层面等外部因素及本科学历幼儿教师自身两方面因素着手，采取相应策略提高本科学历幼儿教师职业幸福感的水平。50005

Research on Professional Happiness Of Preschool Teachers in Nndergraduate Education
Abstract Kindergarten teachers' professional well-being is an important factor to improve the quality of education and quality of life. With the development of the times, people have gradually realized the importance of kindergarten teachers' professional well-being on the enthusiasm, creativity and stability of kindergarten teachers in early childhood education. Therefore, this study aimed at undergraduate education in kindergarten teachers' professional well-being to launch a series of research. Exploring the current situation and influencing factors of the professional happiness of kindergarten teachers. 一 本科学历幼儿教师职业幸福感的概念界定
叶澜：“没有教师生命质量的提升，就很难有高的教育质量，没有教师精神的解，就很难有学生精神的解放，没有教师的主动发展，就很难有学生的主动发展”[1]。幼儿教师是幼儿成长道路上的“重要他人”，他们的一言一行都在幼儿的成长过程中起着榜样示范的作用。幼儿教师不仅需要拥有一个健康的体魄，还要有一个健全的人格，成为一个身心全面健康发展的一个个体。只有教师“幸福地教，”学生才会“幸福地学”[2]。高幸福感的幼儿教师会用心塑造自己的教师形象，以微笑、热情、青春和活力去感染身边的人；一日活动中用心地观察、了解幼儿；积极的与家长沟通与交流；工作中反思自我，努力提高自己；因幼儿的点滴进步而感到幸福。相反，低幸福感的幼儿教师则表现出一副萎靡不振的状态；对工作缺乏激情与热爱；对幼儿缺少爱心、关心和耐心。整个人对生活持消极不满的情绪，而当这种情绪在幼儿教师的内心疯长，就会不利于幼儿教师的人格的健康发展，甚至影响幼儿身心的健康和谐发展。因而，社会各方需要关注到幼儿教师的职业幸福感，促进幼儿教育的稳定蓬勃的发展。 本科学历幼儿教师的职业幸福感探究:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_53174.html
