摘要作业是学校教育过程中不可或缺的一部分，同时也能反映一个时期内教育的发展方向。新课程改革之后，作业扮演的角色逐渐向更加全面、更适合学生全面发展的方向发展。而作业的布置问题关系着学生的身心发展和学校的教育问题，也一直是国内外所共同关注的重点问题。本文采用问卷调查和文献研究以及实地考察的方式，对徐州市几所小学的若干教师和学生进行了调查，试图找出目前作业布置中存在的问题，并结合前人的研究基础和经验，尝试从作业布置的量、形式以及作业的功能等方面，提出解决这些问题的策略和建议。51376

Survey on the Existing Circumstances of Grade Schoolwork and the Way to Deal With It

Abstract
Homework is an important part of school education, and it also reflects the curriculum reform ideas and the value orientation of school education. After the new curriculum reform, the role of the job should be more comprehensive, more suitable for the overall development of students. The problem of arrengement for homework has been a focus topic of the domestic educational circles and all sectors of the community concern. The questionnaire and literature investigation and on-the-spot investigation, conducted a survey of several primary schools in Xuzhou City of some teachers and students, and try to find out the problems existing in current assignments, and combined with the previous research and experience, try to put forward the strategies and suggestions to solve these problems from the aspects of the amount of homework, form and operation function.
