摘 要：学生评教是高校教学质量评价体系的重要组成部分，为改善教学提供了重要的依据。但在实际评教过程中学生评教存在着失效或部分失效的问题，导致学生评教未能发挥应有的作用。本研究采用定性研究的形式，通过调查问卷的形式，了解到绝大多数学生对学生评教都具有正确、积极的认识，但有相当一部分学生在评教过程中并未认真对待。其原因是学生评教在具体实施过程中的一些疏漏，包括学生评教工作的组织形式不够合理；评教指标不能反映学生的需求、不易理解；评教结果不公开等。本研究以问卷调查结果和原因探析为依据，尝试为学生评教工作的改进提出一些浅显地参考建议，以期学生评教能够发挥其应有的作用。58760

Abstract：Students' evaluation is an important part in the evaluation system of college teaching quality, providing an important basis for the improvement of teaching. But in the actual evaluating process, there exists problems of ineffectiveness or partial ineffectiveness in students’ evaluation, resulting that teaching evaluation by students failed to play its due role. This study employs a qualitative investigation, via the form of questionnaire, knowing that the vast majority of students have a correct, positive understanding of students' evaluation, but quite a number of students have not taken it seriously in the evaluation progress. The reason is some careless omissions in the specific implementation process of student evaluation, including that the organization of students’ evaluation is unreasonable; the index of the teaching evaluation can not reflect the needs of the students, hardly intelligible; the result of the teaching evaluation results are not published. Based on analyzing the results of the questionnaire survey and studying the relevant reasons, this research tries to put forward some simple suggestions to improve the students' evaluation, expecting that the evaluation of students can play its due role.

1 绪论
1.1 选题缘由
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,高等教育开始从关注入学率的提高向高等教育质量的提高转变，学术界对如何提高高等教育的教学质量做了很多探讨，而高等教育教学质量的评价体系是其中非常重要的一环。高校教学质量评价体系一般由外部质量评价体系（如教育部组织的教学水平评估等）和内部质量评价体系（如管理者评教、同行评教和学生评教）。在内部教学质量评价体系中，由于学生是学习的主体，参与了教师的整个课堂教学，更加了解教师的教学过程，因此学生对教师的评价显得尤为重要，学生评教这种教学评教方式也受到了格外的重视和普遍的运用。但是，笔者在本科期间参与学生评教的过程中发现，身边的同学参与学生评教工作的热情并不高，在某次评教有几个同学完全没有参与，同时参与的同学对待学生评教工作的态度也较为随便。这样的现象不禁让人怀疑高校轰轰烈烈地开展的学生评教活动是否只是走过场，完全起不到应有的作用？因此，笔者确立了高校学生评教有效性的研究主题。通过对学生评教各环节的探讨，研究学生评教有效性的问题。 学生评教有效性研究:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_63752.html
