摘 要:班干部是班主任工作的好帮手,他们不仅能够帮助班主任完成许多繁琐的工作,从而使班主任能用更多的精力钻研教育教学等问题,而且他们在班级中也是表率和骨干,肩负着带领全班同学共同进步的使命。所以有经验的班主任都把培养学生干部能力放在班级建设工作首位。现阶段,无论是在一线工作的教师还是专家学者都开始对小学生班干这个特殊的群体有所关注。笔者通过对淮阴师范学院第一附属小学的学生进行抽样调查,并对几位班主任老师进行深入的访谈。旨在对小学生班干部选拔的现状、对担任小班干后给学生带来的影响、对小班干的培养策略进行探究和分析,呼吁小学生班干部的培养策略研究要从研究主体多元化、研究方式多样化、研究定位更明确这几个方面进行提高。62519

Abstract: The class leaders are not only good assistants to the class teacher’s work, but they can also help the class teacher to complete many tedious works, so that the class teacher can more focus on education and teaching. In addition, they are also the model and backbone in the class, and they carry the mission to lead the whole class for common progress. Therefore, the experienced class teacher will give priority to the cultivation of student leaders’ ability during the class construction work. At present, both the frontline teachers and the experts/scholars have attached great importance to the special group of class leaders in elementary school. Through sampling survey to the students in No. 1 Primary School Attached to Huaiyin Teachers College and in-depth interview with several class teachers, the author intends to conduct research and analysis of the status quo of class leader selection, the impact on the students after assuming the position of class leader and the cultivation strategy for class leaders in elementary school, and we advocate that researches on the cultivation strategy for class leaders shall mainly be improved on the aspects of persified research subjects, perse research methods and more explicit research positioning.

1 小学生班干部的选拔
在班集体的建设中,小学生班干部的选拔是一个非常重要的环节,影响着班主任的工作意图能否迅速得到落实,班级的各项活动能否顺利开展。班主任是班级建设的设计者,班级组织的管理者,把班级人际关系的主导者,只有慎重地选拔小班干,才能使班主任工作由繁到轻。
1.1 小学生班干部选拔途径的现状
就一般而言,选拔班干部可以采用:制定、选举、任命、轮换、竞选等[1],每种方法都有其独特的优点和缺点。笔者对淮阴师范学院第一附属小学150名小学生进行分年级抽样调查,再分析比对,可以归纳出60.12%的班主任对于小班干还是偏向于采用指定的方式。在之后随机对个别班级的班主任进行访谈时他们是这样说的:
