摘 要：21世纪是一个高度信息化的时代，网络技术的快速发展对人类生活的各个方面都产生了前所未有的影响与改变。在高校校园中，网络已经全方位的渗入到大学生的学习、生活和工作之中，构成了大学生日常生活不可或缺的组成部分。而作为21世纪的主力军——高校大学生，他们的思想还不太成熟，意志不坚定，易受到环境影响，为此，建设一个绿色健康的高校校园网络文化显得尤为重要。本文从网络文化的内涵和特征出发，分析了高校校园网络文化的现状，探索出了高校校园网络文化建设的基本策略和建议，希望对构建健康有序的高校校园网络文化能起到一定的参考价值。66755
Abstract: The 21st century is a highly information-oriented era, the rapid development of network technology to all aspects of human life have had unprecedented influence and change. 1 引言
