幼儿园室内环境创设问题及对策

摘要：幼儿园是幼儿学习与活动的主要场所，幼儿园的环境对幼儿的身心发展具有重要影响，当前幼儿园对环境方面的重视程度越来越高，但是幼儿园的室内环境创设中仍然存在着诸多问题，比如重视物质环境创设，轻视精神环境创设；教师代替包办过多，忽视幼儿在室内环境创设中的主体性等，这些问题直接影响了幼儿教育的质量，并且最终影响到幼儿的全面发展，因此，本文对此进行了分析，并提出完善幼儿园室内环境创设的相关对策，以期能对幼儿园创设更高水平的环境提供建设性的意见。70866

Abstract: The kindergarten is the main place for children's learning and activities, has an important influence on the environment of kindergarten children's physical and mental development of the current kindergarten environment increasingly high degree of attention, but the indoor environment in kindergarten, there are still many problems, such as the importance of physical environment, neglect the spiritual environment; instead of teachers do too much the neglected children in the indoor environment in the creation of subjectivity, these problems directly affect the quality of preschool education, and ultimately affect the children's all-round development, therefore, this article has carried on the analysis, and put forward some countermeasures of kindergarten indoor environment creation, in order to provide constructive suggestions for the creation of a higher level of kindergarten the environment.

1 问题的提出

心理学家罗伯特·索马曾这样说过“人离开环境，便无行为可言”。环境对人的影响是潜移默化并且深远持久的。《幼儿园教育指导纲要（试行）》中明确指出：“环境是重要的教育资源，应通过环境的创设和利用，有效地促进幼儿的发展”[1]。所以说，幼儿园的环境对促进幼儿的身心发展具有很大的影响。幼儿园室内环境创建应遵循环境和教育目标相对应的原则、参与性原则、适宜性原则和开放性原则等基本原则。但是，当前大多数的幼儿园在室内环境创建时并没有切实贯彻这些原则，以致于出现了许多问题，如重视物质环境创设，轻视精神创设；教师代替包办过多，忽视幼儿在室内环境创建中的主体地位等，这些问题会对幼儿教育的质量有所影响，而且最终会不利于幼儿的全面发展。本文基于以上考虑，通过查阅相关文献资料并且结合实际，分析当前幼儿园室内环境创建中产生的问题，并基于相关的分析提出适宜的对策，以推动幼儿的全面发展，为部分幼儿园及其工作人员提供了可供参考的资料，具有一定的实践意义。幼儿园室内环境创设问题及对策:http://www.youerw.com/jiaoxue/lunwen_80347.html
