摘 要: 在幼儿园内，幼儿在与同伴的交往过程中，冲突是一种很常见的、基本的生活形态，也是必然要发生的、不可避免的现象。小班幼儿由于自控能力差、自我中心严重、规则意识缺乏、语言表达组织能力较弱等原因，同伴冲突更是每天上演。本研究通过调查研究的方式，对当前小班幼儿同伴冲突的状况进行了调查，分析了导致小班幼儿同伴冲突的思维上“自我中心”占主导、口语表达能力欠缺引发交流障碍、“适度意识”的缺乏、规则意识不强等方面的原因，并提出了部分相应的应对策略。71391
