摘  要：小学阶段是人成长过程中一个基础的阶段，班级是学生成长和社会化的一个重要场所，班级管理是学校教育组成部分，因此，良好的班级管理可以促进学生的健康成长。但当前我国小学班级管理过程中还存在管理目标片面、管理内容系统差、管理方法缺乏科学性以及教师管理受阻等问题，因此，有必要探讨加强小学班级管理的相关策略：转变教育管理理念、多种管理方式相结合和建立完善的班级评价管理体系等。73408

Abstract: Elementary school stage is a foundation in the process of personal growth stage。 The class is an important place for students to grow and socialization。 Classroom management is a part of school education。 Therefore, the good class management can promote the healthy growth of students。 But now, there are still some problems in class management。 Such as one-sided management objectives, content management system, lack of scientific management method and teacher management etc。 Therefore, it is necessary to explore some strategies to strengthen primary school class management: combining the transformation of the mode of education management concept, a variety of management and establish a perfect class evaluation management system, etc。
